Welcome to the YES Collective
We cannot wait to get started!
Day one of your YES journey will be a chance to meet the other people joining our collective, and find out what the year ahead has in store.
When?
Monday 27th October, 9:30am - 5pm
Where?
The Station, Silver Street, Bristol, BS1 2AG
What?
The aim of the day is for you to meet each other and the YES team properly. We've planned a full day that covers what you need to know about the programme alongside actually getting to know each other.
There'll be some games and activities to break the ice, a chance to hear from people who've already done the programme, and we'll talk about how you can help shape what happens this year. Plus plenty of time to just chat with your group.
Who?
The YES core team and other YES: Bristol trainees (about 17 people in total)
What you need to do before then
1. Complete this pre-event form
If you haven't already, please complete this trainee information form, so we know of any dietary requirements or assistance needs you may have.
2. Send us your interesting fact
We’d also love it if you could send us an interesting fact about yourself that you’re happy to share with the group - we’ve added this in as the final question on the trainee information form above.
This could be something like:
You speak more than one language
You have volunteered in your local community
A meal that you can cook from scratch
A creative hobby or skill that you have
Or anything else that you think is interesting!
We’ll be using these facts in an activity that will help you to get to know your new group.
