our vision

Do you think young people deserve opportunities to build a better future for our planet?

At YES, we believe every young person should have the opportunity to do a year of paid environmental work.

Our goal is for 10,000 young people across the UK to have this opportunity by 2030. Working across the environmental sector, they’ll help restore our environment whilst building community and a rewarding career.

“The programme has given me a lot of confidence and empowered me to work in the environmental sector, which is something that I was beginning to give up on prior to obtaining this role.”
