This is a fantastic role for someone who wants to get their foot in the door of wildlife filmmaking and see how it all works behind the scenes.

You’ll help keep Silverback’s creative offices running smoothly – making sure spaces are welcoming, clean, and organised. It’s a great way to learn about the industry while working in a friendly and supportive environment.

What it will involve?
You’ll be part of the front-of-house team, helping with everything from setting up rooms and making tea to printing documents and posting parcels.

You’ll also be one of the first people to greet guests and visitors, so being warm and welcoming is key. There’s always something going on – whether that’s lunchtime learning sessions, team socials, or even helping prep for a filming trip.

Is this role right for me?
You might enjoy this if you like being active, meeting people, and getting involved in lots of different tasks. It’s a good fit for someone who’s organised, friendly, and excited to be around creative people doing big things for the planet.

What skills will I use?

  • Greeting guests in a friendly and professional way when they turn up for a meeting

  • Staying organised and keeping our rooms and kitchens clean, tidy and topped up with supplies

  • Taking responsibility for little details that help a workplace run, including opening up the office and locking up at the end of the day

  • Helping out with printing, posting or room set-up

  • Managing your time and keeping on top of tasks

How will I be helping protect our environment?
You’ll be part of a team that creates amazing wildlife films to help people connect with nature and understand the need to protect it. Your work behind the scenes helps keep everything moving, supporting the people who bring these powerful stories to life.

What’s great about working here
Silverback is a leading natural history production company making films with real impact. You’ll join a welcoming and passionate team, with access to mentoring, skills sessions, and loads of opportunities to learn. There are regular social events, wellbeing support, and even fun extras like a Silverback choir and birthday days off!

Where could this role take me?
This role could lead to opportunities in TV and film production, office or studio coordination, or kickstart a creative career in environmental storytelling.
